This 4-bedroom vacation villa is situated in St. Jean, in St Barths, at few minutes away from the beach and local shopping areas. 
Recently renovated in all its three distinct bungalows, the villa blends modern features with its original colonial charm.  The kitchen bungalow, which partially overlooks the bay, features an outdoor counter and charcoal grill adjacent to it.

 This kitchen opens to a covered terrace with a nice dining area furnished for up to six people sitting comfortably just in front of the swimming pool.
 In a separated larger bungalow the air-conditioned living room boasts of a comfortable sofa and a large TV. From the windows of the bungalow there is the view of the pool.
 An open staircase in the living room leads to the loft and large master bedroom with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower.

Two guest bedrooms, each with queen-size beds and ensuite bathrooms with showers, adjoin the living room. One guest bedroom has direct access to the pool, while the other opens to the side deck. A fourth bedroom with a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom is located in a separate bungalow near the entrance.
 The pool area is surrounded by a deck furnished with loungers and chairs, providing an ideal space for sunbathing or working by the pool. The villa also offers WiFi and U.S. satellite TV. Villa Xanadu includes house cleaning services six days a week, except on Sundays and holidays. During the December holidays, the villa is rented at full occupancy rates, regardless of the number of bedrooms used. This villa is suitable for young children.
