The holiday villa named “W” View Villa, situated in St Barts, is a modern 4-bedroom vacation home just moments away from the beach and shopping areas. Nestled on a hillside, this villa ensures complete privacy while providing stunning ocean and landscape vistas. Its open-plan layout allows for refreshing breezes and abundant sunlight throughout the day.
 The spacious interior features a dining nook and a roomy, modern kitchen. A cozy, white sectional couch is oriented towards a U.S. satellite television, with a view of the ocean just beyond.
 Nestled away from the primary home, two master bedrooms stand distinct, each boasting its own domain. The first bedroom resides within a charming bungalow adjacent to the culinary heart of the abode. Here, panoramic vistas of the ocean greet the fortunate dweller, while a lavishly appointed ensuite shower indulges with both indoor and al fresco bathing facilities.
 On the lower level lies the second master bedroom, boasting a king-size bed, an attached bathroom with shower, and a deck. Situated nearby is a compact fitness area and a cozy home theatre.
 In close proximity to the main house, a bungalow houses two inviting guest bedrooms. One of them boasts a spacious king-sized bed, while the adjoining bedroom features twin beds convertible into a king-size bed. These accommodations are complemented by a quite compact bathroom equipped with a shower. Each sleeping space is outfitted with U.S. satellite and Apple TV services, while seamless WiFi connectivity spans the entirety of the property.
 "A spacious patio encircles the swimming pool, offering ample room for relaxing or soaking up the sun. An elegant gazebo shelters an alfresco dining set with a stunning table and chairs accommodating eight people.
 The living room is equipped with Apple TV and a French satellite system. In December, during the holidays, the villa charges a full-rate rental no matter the number of bedrooms occupied. This property is also ideal for families with young children.
