Completely remodeled in 2022, this luxury holiday home rental in Saint Barth offers stunning panoramic views of Colombier’s rolling hills, the ocean, nearby islands, and Gustavia harbor. Tucked away in a private subdivision, this exclusive Caribbean retreat ensures tranquility while being just 5 minutes from the nearest beaches, airport, shops, and Gustavia.
On the upper level, an open-concept kitchen, separated from the living room by a bar, forms a spacious air-conditioned living area. Expansive picture windows showcase the breathtaking views and open onto a large covered terrace with seating for 12, a lounge, and a relaxation area. The scenic backdrop is animated by small planes landing in the distance, disappearing behind a hill that conceals the airport.
The upper level also houses the master suite and first guest bedroom, both offering terrace access and impressive views. All five bedrooms feature modern amenities: ambient lighting, smart TVs, workspaces, large closets, en-suite bathrooms with double vanities, rain showers, and toilets.
