This spacious, hillside villa features a beautiful garden and stunning ocean views. Spread across four separate bungalows, Villa Vina-Aurore is all about peace, quiet, and privacy. Walkways connect the different buildings, surrounded by a lovely tropical garden. Interiors are sleek and minimalist, taking nothing away from the stunning location and natural beauty of St. Barts. The beaches at Lorient and Marigot Bay are both just a short drive away. St-Jean is 10 minutes by car, offering interesting local shops and boutiques and several restaurants. Living Spaces: The main bungalow at Villa Vina-Aurore is spacious and airy, with white walls, vaulted ceilings, and elegant furnishings. This room is home to the living room, dining area, and kitchen, all opening to the front terrace and ocean view. The living room features soft white sofas, ideal for collapsing into and relaxing. A TV with satellite channels lets you catch up on your favorite series from home, while large sliding glass doors open towards the view for those who would rather drink in the island’s natural beauty. Kitchen and Dining Room: Cooking is easy in the state-of-the-art kitchen at Villa Vina-Aurore. Our concierge can even organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or arrange private chef service for a special occasion. The dining table has seating for up to 8 guests, a magnificent setting for festive dinner parties that last long into the evening. Steps away on the back terrace is an outdoor dining table for those who are looking to pair their gourmet meal with the cool evening air. Bedrooms: Villa Vina-Aurore has 5 separate bedrooms, each with a soft king-sized bed, TV, ensuite bathroom, and air-conditioning. Luxurious and modern furnishings promise a lovely night’s sleep. One bungalow on the property is home to four of the bedrooms, each overlooking the shimmering Caribbean below. Large, screened windows let you fall asleep each evening with the cool island breeze. A third bungalow on the other side of the main house is home to the fifth bedroom, overlooking the landscaped gardens and tropical trees. Outdoor Features: A teak terrace surrounds the large swimming pool, which is heated during holidays and high season. Refreshing and cool, we wouldn’t blame you for spending all day in the water. Lined up along the pool are a set of loungers, offering a quiet and relaxing setting for sunbathing or getting a bit of work done. On the opposite side of the main bungalow at Villa Vina-Aurore is another outdoor terrace, home to a comfortable lounge and outdoor kitchen with a dining table. It’s a great setting for cocktail parties and island-style cookouts, enjoying the warm air as the afternoon fades into the evening. For days on the sand, the stunning Lorient Beach is 5 minutes away by car. Sheltered by a coral reef offshore, the water is calm and ideal for swimming and snorkeling. The quieter and more sheltered Marigot Bay Beach is also 5 minutes away. Amenities: No detail has been overlooked at Villa Vina-Aurore. This property also comes with fast Wi-Fi, a Sonos sound system, and U.S. and French satellite channels. If you like to work up a sweat on holiday, the fourth bungalow on the property is also home to a small gym. Restaurants, shops, and bars in St-Jean are 10 minutes away by car. The capital, Gustavia, is just a 20-minute drive. Villa Vina-Aurore in St. Barts comes with house cleaning services 6 days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children but does not allow pets.
