Welcome to View Point, a modern 4-bedroom retreat perched high in the hills of Lorient, St. Barts. Available for weekly rentals, this stunning villa offers panoramic views of the ocean and the offshore islands of Île Toc Vers, Île Frégate, and Île Bonhomme.
Designed with airy, open-plan spaces, View Point seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living, allowing the entire home to enjoy those breathtaking vistas. The calming island décor is minimalist and thoughtful, enhancing the incredible location. The large main room includes a living area, dining space, and kitchen, all opening fully to the outdoor terrace and cooled by gentle island breezes.
The living room features a cozy corner sofa, perfect for relaxing and an entertainment unit that separates this space from the dining area, featuring a unique double TV that can be watched from either side. The stylish and modern kitchen is well-equipped for any culinary challenge, making it ideal for dinner parties. The elegant dining table seats eight with rustic, mismatched chairs, creating a charming spot for gatherings.
Each of the four bedrooms enjoys stunning water views. The first bedroom, in a separate bungalow near the entrance, includes a dressing room and an ensuite bathroom with a shower that offers beautiful views. The second and third bedrooms, located off the hallway behind the living room, also have ensuites and dressing rooms. On the lower floor, the fourth bedroom is a spacious and private suite with a large terrace, indoor seating area, dressing area, and ensuite.
The living room opens to a deck that spans the length of the villa, providing various options for relaxation. The infinity pool stretches towards the terrace edge, offering uninterrupted views over Lorient. An in-water bench seat allows for sunning while staying cool, and loungers under parasols line the water. A comfortable lounge area is situated to one side of the pool, offering incredible sunset views.
View Point is just a few minutes by car from Lorient Beach, a popular spot for surfers. The village also has grocery stores, a bakery, and the famous JoJo Burger. Even more restaurants and shops are available in nearby St-Jean, just a 5-minute drive away.
