The villa is built around shared living spaces with a large, comprehensive gourmet kitchen featuring a breakfast bar that opens directly to the formal dining area. Adjacent to this is a spacious and comfortable living room with an entertainment system. Above this is a loft space ideal for lounging and late-night chats. This level also includes a fitness room and a pool table.
The shared spaces open to an elegant and detailed terrace where a pool serves as the focal point. There is also an al fresco dining area with a modern barbecue for outdoor meals. Another lounge area is located beneath the covered portico, along with a hammock for the laziest afternoons. The pool is fitted with an array of lounge chairs for sunbathing sessions or for relaxing in the mild evening air.
Ushuaia accommodates up to eight guests in its four elegantly appointed bedrooms, each offering ocean views and en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom also includes an entertainment system.
