Nina is spread over two levels and boasts a lovely living room thoughtfully divided into two areas: one with a cozy sofa, armchairs, and a TV for enjoyable movie nights, and the other with an indoor dining room that seats eight guests. The living room, fully open to the terrace, provides a fantastic ocean view and exudes a peaceful and comfortable ambiance under a high vaulted ceiling, creating a delightful sense of space and volume. The kitchen, crafted from stainless steel and granite, is well-equipped and features a functional central island. With its refined décor, the villa allows guests to enjoy the refreshing Caribbean breeze through wide openings.
The front terrace extends along the width of the villa, featuring a lovely heated infinity swimming pool that seems to blend seamlessly into the sparkling waters of St. Barths. Under the sun, the atmosphere is serene and relaxing. Deckchairs are available on the wooden deck for sunbathing, reading, or sipping a cocktail while admiring the panorama under the pleasant shade of parasols. Two of the four bedrooms at Nina are on the main level, while the other two are located on the second floor. Each room is equipped with king-size beds and soft fabrics, ensuring utmost comfort. Desk areas are also available for those who wish to write or enjoy quiet moments in a private setting.
