Mmk is spread over two levels and welcomes guests into a large, comfortable living room furnished with soft sofas under a vaulted ceiling. Adjacent to it, the dining room features a beautiful wood table that opens onto a terrace with a stunning ocean view. The fully equipped kitchen, located to the side, includes a breakfast bar with stools, perfect for enjoying a coffee while taking in the lush vegetation and the deep blue horizon, creating a peaceful and relaxing ambiance.
The front terrace is designed around a lovely swimming pool with breathtaking views of the ocean and hills. Comfortable loungers are available for sunbathing, reading, or sipping cocktails in the evening. The outdoor dining area accommodates up to eight guests for pleasant al fresco dining in the mild air of St-Barths. The wooden deck offers a soothing atmosphere as the trade winds gently rustle through the leaves of the surrounding trees, making this property a true dreamscape.
Mmk features three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and king-size beds. Two of these bedrooms are on the main level and open onto the terrace, while the third is on the lower level and includes a sitting area that leads to the garden, complete with a charming hanging chair.
