Loukoko is in perfect harmony with the natural beauty of the Caribbean. The luxurious living room opens to the outdoors and features three sofas facing a flat-screen TV, ideal for delightful movie nights. The stainless-steel kitchen with purple accents shares the open space and includes a breakfast bar. A table for four guests is situated between the indoor area and the terrace, beautifully illuminated by a transparent ceiling that lets the Caribbean sunshine through. The vaulted ceilings and architectural nuances make the spaces both original and stunning.
At the villa's front, the terrace features a splendid infinity swimming pool that seems to merge with the ocean. Lounge chairs surround the pool, offering pleasant spots for sunbathing or reading. Under the covered area, a dining room accommodates up to twelve guests, where the trade winds gently sweep through, enhancing the cozy atmosphere. The outdoor living room sofas, facing a retractable flat-screen TV built into the floor, provide another perfect spot to relax. The view over the surrounding hills adds a lovely green touch to this idyllic setting, ideal for unwinding and admiring the beauty of the island.
Loukoko includes three beautiful bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Through beautiful French doors, these bedrooms open to magnificent ocean views and the terrace, allowing guests to enjoy the ocean breeze at any time.
Additionally, the villa's private garden area, shaded by palm trees, offers a serene spot for resting or yoga sessions.
