Welcome to La Romance, a contemporary and newly built 6-bedroom vacation villa for rent in Flamands, St. Barts. Positioned halfway down the road to Flamands, this exquisite island top luxury holiday home rental offers stunning ocean views and is conveniently located a short drive from the beach, as well as local restaurants and shops.
The villa boasts six relaxing and comfortable bedrooms with modern décor. Two master bedrooms flank the main room, while two additional master suites are located directly below on the ground level. One suite is accessed from the parking area, and the other via a stairway on the opposite side of the house. All four master bedrooms feature ocean views, ensuite bathrooms with showers, and private terraces with seating for soaking up the views in privacy.
The fifth bedroom, located behind the kitchen, also enjoys an ocean view, albeit slightly smaller than the master bedrooms. The sixth bedroom, situated below the parking area, offers views of the garden.
The interiors of La Romance exude intimacy and elegance, reflecting the villa’s name. With a timeless blend of contemporary and West Indies furnishings, the villa provides a luxurious and charming ambiance, offering all the comforts guests expect from a stay in St. Barts.
La Romance features a spacious and open-plan great room at its heart. This room opens on both sides, allowing natural breezes to cool the space and immerse guests in the enchanting tropical atmosphere of the Caribbean. The airy great room combines the living room, kitchen, and dining area, creating a perfect gathering spot for family and friends. In the living room, plush sofas and armchairs provide a comfortable space to relax and enjoy the view of swaying palm trees through the windows. Adjacent to the living room, the dining table offers beautiful armchairs and immersive sea views.
La Romance’s contemporary design is prominently featured in its outdoor living areas. The architecture seamlessly blends the home with its beautiful natural surroundings. The main terrace provides ample spots to lounge, sunbathe, dive into a good book, or take a nap. The infinity pool is a tempting spot to cool off during the heat of the day. On the opposite side of the main room, a cozy patio bordered by a lush green garden awaits. Here, guests will find a grill area and an outdoor dining table, perfect for island-style cookouts in the late afternoon.
Set in the picturesque hills of Merlette above Flamands, the villa offers breathtaking views of the shimmering ocean from almost every corner. The beach is just a quick drive away for a refreshing swim, while the capital, Gustavia, beckons with its world-class restaurants and shopping.
