Built on two levels with modern architecture, Javacanou offers a welcoming and soothing atmosphere. The comfortable living room features a minimalist decor with white and wood tones, creating a private and tranquil space, while overlooking the breathtaking view of Marigot Bay. Adjacent to the living area, the dining room can accommodate up to ten guests around a beautiful rectangular wooden table. This space is conveniently located next to the well-equipped kitchen, which includes a breakfast bar for casual dining and socializing.
Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open to a covered terrace with outdoor dining and seating options. A few steps down lead to the sun terrace, where a long, heated infinity pool is surrounded by loungers, as well as a covered gazebo on the side. Just below the terrace, there is a small private beach area with a daybed, seating, and direct access to the beach and water. This serene outdoor space provides the perfect spot for relaxation and enjoying the natural beauty of St. Barts.
