This newly constructed holiday home rental encompasses the island’s living at its best and offers spectacular views of the bay of Saint-Jean.
The design of Ixfalia is influenced by the African continent which can be seen in the ethereal bird’s-nest lamps hanging from the ceilings, the massive shell necklaces displayed in one of the bedrooms and various pieces of furniture or the details throughout the villa. The worldly ambiance blends seamlessly with the natural beauty of St. Barth, featuring materials like wood and straw prominently in the furniture and finishings.
The uniquely shaped heated swimming pool is designed to maximize the stunning sea views. The garden is lush with exotic plants and trees, complemented by dramatic rock formations that rise strikingly in the backdrop. The villa’s layout is crafted to optimize the cool sea breezes coming off the bay, enhancing the serene atmosphere.
The main house includes convivial indoor and outdoor living rooms, a modern, well-equipped kitchen, and three of the four bedrooms. Two bedrooms are situated on one side of the living area, opposite the kitchen, with the third on the same side as the kitchen. The master bedroom is housed in its own separate building, featuring a bathtub and some private outdoor space. Additionally, a small but well-equipped fitness room is located in its own bungalow on a lower level.
Ixfalia enjoys the utmost privacy but is also conveniently located just a few minutes from the beach, shops, and restaurants, making it a great home for an unforgettable vacation in St. Barts.
