The front terrace offers an exceptional panorama of the deep blue ocean and the surrounding green hills. The dining area, accommodating five guests, is situated under the covered part of the terrace, perfect for alfresco dining, overlooking the lovely swimming pool, the ideal spot to relax under the island's sun. Adjacent to the pool, an outdoor lounge and comfy chairs are perfect for sunbathing or simply taking in the island’s beauty. A few steps down, a green lawn with sun loungers awaits.
The living room, which opens onto the terrace, is comfortably furnished with sofas and armchairs facing a large screen, perfect for enjoyable movie nights. The high vaulted ceiling adds a sense of spaciousness to this cozy area. The kitchen, strikingly white with dark countertops, is fully equipped for preparing delicious meals and drinks. It features a large center island with a breakfast bar for four, ideal for conversations over coffee while the gentle trade winds breeze through the large windows.
Both bedrooms at Ivy are very private, situated on either side of the living room, and open onto the terrace. Guests can enjoy the magnificent panorama, the mild ocean breeze, and the spectacular sunsets in the evening.
Ivy enjoys an enviable location in Saint Barths, within walking distance from Saint-Jean Beach and only a short drive away from Shell Beach and Gustavia, Gouverneur Beach and Lorient Beach.
