Stylish, traditional and luxurious, this large villa for rent is the ideal luxury retreat for a true Caribbean experience in St. Barth. Its name, Hill House, makes no secret of its elevated location in Camaruche, a picturesque neighborhood on the western side of this exclusive island.
The villa boasts four double bedrooms, three of which can be found across the deck and down a path behind the main house, in two separate bungalows immersed in a flower garden. Each bedroom comes with its own ensuite bathroom and private terrace leading out to a grassy lawn with swaying royal palms. The en-suite master bedroom, facing the pool, is located on the opposite side of the deck and it feels like a home unto itself. Featuring a blond-wood four-poster bed, this bedroom is grand yet inviting, with book-lined shelves and a terrace offering a spectacular ocean view over the pale green Bismarkia Nobilis trees.
The spacious and open living area offers ample seating, while the professional kitchen can be closed off from the living and dining areas or left open for a more integrated feel. On one side of the living area, there are couches, chairs, and a large table filled with stacks of books. A full bar is located around the corner.
Outside, a wide deck with a large lounge area surrounds the long infinity pool and provides stunning views of the shimmering ocean below, creating the perfect space for relaxing afternoons in the sun or sunset aperitifs with friends.
Hill House is conveniently located halfway between the beaches of Lorient, the best spot on the island for surfing enthusiasts, and Marigot, which offers a more peaceful setting, perfect for snorkeling.
