Amidst the tropical vegetation of St. Barthélemy stands Gypsea, a luxury vacation retreat available for weekly rentals. Nestled on the heights of Lurin, this exclusive villa rental features modern amenities and design, while preserving a traditional island’s charm and offering stunning ocean views.
Gypsea boasts four beautiful bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and fantastic views of the ocean and lush vegetation. Two bedrooms are located on the main level, a third bedroom is on the lower level, while the fourth is housed in a separate building and includes a kitchenette as well as a lovely swimming pool that reflects the surrounding vegetation.
At the front of the villa, the terrace showcases a magnificent infinity swimming pool that seems to blend seamlessly with the ocean. Daybeds surround the pool, alongside a lovely gazebo with a very comfortable lounge furnished with soft cushions, offering a stunning ocean view. For al fresco dining, there is an outdoor dining area that can accommodate up to eight guests under the covered part of the deck.
Inside, the living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa positioned in front of a large TV screen, perfect for pleasant movie nights. The dining room, featuring a splendid raw wood table, seats up to eight guests and is conveniently close to the well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. At the back, there is charming space with a lovely lawn and inviting hanging chairs. The gentle trade winds create a serene and quiet atmosphere in this comfortable paradise.
Gypsea enjoys a fabulous location in Lurin, a quiet neighborhood yet close to the vibrant Gustavia, with its refined restaurant and chic shops, while the lovely Shell Beach and Gouverneur Beach are within walking distance.
