Esprit de Roche is a recently renovated luxury villa available for holiday rentals in Colombier, St Barts. It is situated in a prime location surrounded by lush vegetation, overlooking the secluded Anse Gascon and the vast Caribbean Sea, with views extending to Nevis, St. Kitts, St. Eustatius, and Saba.
Spread over several levels, the villa accommodates up to six guests in three ensuite bedrooms. The first bedroom is on the same level as the living room, while the second is housed in a separate bungalow a few steps down. The third bedroom is on the same level as the swimming pool. All bedrooms open onto ocean-view terraces, adorned with comfortable armchairs, creating an inviting atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the island.
Esprit de Roche’s luxurious outdoor spaces span two levels. The covered terrace on the main level leads to a wooden staircase that descends to the second level, where a stunning heated infinity swimming pool awaits. Lounge chairs with umbrellas are strategically placed, providing comfortable spots to relax and soak up the panoramic ocean views. Adjacent to the pool, a lovely green lawn hosts a shaded dining table, and large trees add a unique charm, offering a refreshing atmosphere.
