Villa Bleu enjoys a coveted location on the shores of Grand Cul de Sac. Within seconds, you can jump out of the pool and into the ocean, where the peaceful waters are ideal for swimming. There are waterfront restaurants in either direction, a short walk away, while St. Jean is a 10-minute drive. Fully air-conditioned, Villa Bleu can close its doors or open to enjoy ocean breezes. There are cool floor tiles underfoot, and soaring ceilings in the main living spaces to capture the ocean breeze flowing in from the bay. This great room is where you’ll find the oversized living room, offering plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing. An entertainment center also offers an easy way to kick back in the evening with a good movie, backdropped by the gentle sounds of the tide washing against the shore. The living room opens to a well-equipped gourmet kitchen suitable for large parties. There’s even a connected preparation kitchen, featuring a large refrigerator and wine cooler so you can have everything you need for a planned gourmet feast. The indoor dining table is a wonderful spot to gather with family and friends over a meal. There are two staircases on either side of the villa, leading up to two master suites on the upper floor. Each comes with a gorgeous king-sized bed, a dressing area, a private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower and bathtub. The other four guest rooms are on the main floor. Villa Bleu can be rented alongside its sister villa, Villa Aqua (villa code: WV AQA) for a total of 12 bedrooms. The outdoor spaces at Villa Bleu are incredible, with great views of Grand Cul de Sac and the Caribbean. Whether you’re looking to enjoy a day in the sun or relax in the shade, there’s plenty of space here to spread out. There are plush loungers for sunbathing by the pool, which is also an inviting spot to lounge around during the day. The pool can also be heated, letting you swim here year-round. There are daybeds on the deck as well, comfortable spots that will coax you in for a lazy afternoon nap. Within seconds, you could also be wading into the crystal-clear Caribbean Sea. Grand Cul de Sac is a quiet and tranquil stretch of sand, with several luxurious hotels lining the shore. Next door is Hotel Le Barthelemy, offering several restaurants, a fitness room, a spa, and a private beach club – all accessible with a stay at Villa Bleu. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
