Villa Nala is a 5-bedroom, two level house with two extra-large decks overlooking the Grand Cul De Sac lagoon. It’s a short walk from the beach with its water sports activities and all its restaurants. This expansive country-style villa is a perfect getaway for large parties or families. With 5 spacious bedrooms it can comfortably accommodate 10 people, and the big pool and sundecks are perfect for hosting a reception or party. Enter through the over-size living room on the main level. French doors allow you to enjoy the views with the comfort of air conditioning and perhaps some music from the Bose sound system. Comfortable seating is arranged around a large table and there is also a bar with stools and an indoor dining table. The main kitchen connects to the living room and is fully-equipped to cater to large parties. Outside surrounding the living room is a large terrace with several seating, lounging and dining areas which can be set up according to guests’ wishes. This is a perfect spot for an after-dinner drink under the stars, or a more quiet spot to lounge while children play in the pool below. The first bedroom is in a separate bungalow at the far end of the terrace. It has a European king bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower, just like the second bedroom situated at the pool level right underneath. The master suite is situated in front of the pool. It comes with a European king-sized bed, a seating area with an entertainment center, a separate office and a master bathroom with shower and a large bathtub. The fourth bedroom is next to the master suite. It has a European king bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. A fifth bedroom is on the far end of the pool deck which has access to the parking area on the other side of the villa. This room has a European king- sized bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. Ample lounge space surrounds the large swimming pool. The pool bar and outside speakers make this a perfect space for entertaining. This villa also comes with an outdoor dining area, U.S. satellite TV and WiFi. Villa Nala comes with house cleaning services six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
