Villa Lagon Vert seamlessly blends modern design with a Caribbean-inspired ambiance, resulting in a charming and inviting retreat. Earthy tones and hints of orange combine to create a delightful and calming atmosphere that harmonizes with the natural surroundings. The spacious living room, nestled under a high vaulted beige ceiling, affords both privacy and openness. Contemporary U-shaped sofas are strategically placed to face the terrace, while a separate air-conditioned TV room adjacent to the living area provides a cozy space for quiet movie nights. The well-appointed kitchen gracefully opens on two sides. The covered section of the terrace houses a stylish dining area with an elegant table for eight, offering a captivating backdrop for enjoying delectable meals while gazing out at the ocean panorama. Lagon Vert showcases not one, but two swimming pools – one on the front terrace, offering ocean views, and the second nestled in the garden at the rear of the house. Comfy lounge chairs and cushioned sofas grace both poolside terraces, providing the perfect spots to unwind, read, and bask in the refreshing trade winds that rustle through the palm trees. Each room is generously proportioned and boasts a Euro King or Twin Beds (on request) and a contemporary yet cozy ensuite bathroom. The arched ceilings infuse the bedrooms with a sense of space, elegantly adorned with warm fabrics and a tranquil ambiance. Villa Lagon Vert comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holiday, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for children ages 5 and older.
