Villa Good News is a modern, luxury villa for rent with 4 main bedrooms and an additional 2 bedrooms, situated in Petit Cul de Sac, Saint Barthelemy.
 The villa is set just a brief stroll from the beach. It boasts complete privacy and breathtaking ocean vistas. Within this expansive villa, sleek marble floors, pristine white walls, and soaring vaulted ceilings adorn the generously proportioned rooms.
 Contemporary and antique furnishings as well as numerous works of art, blend beautifully throughout the villa.
 A large office space, which also serves as a TV room, is to the right of the entrance and features a large flat-screen TV and satellite. On the opposite side is a spacious gourmet kitchen, which has a flat-screen TV with satellite, a Sonos stereo system and a round glass table. The large living room with original artwork, is furnished with 4 sofas and several chairs and is complimented by soft recess lighting.
 While the villa boasts 6 bedrooms, the 2 bedrooms on the lower floor are more suited for teenagers or staff. The bedrooms on the main level have been placed at the four corners of the living room, 2 of which are master bedrooms with ocean views, a full king sized bed, a separate dressing room, TV with U.S. satellite and a modern ensuite bathroom with shower. The guest rooms have garden views. One of which has two twin beds that can be made up as a king-sized bed, the other has a full king sized bed. These bedrooms have no formal dressing room but ample closet space, TV with satellite and bathroom with shower.
 On the lower floor is a fully-equipped fitness room and the additional bedrooms. While these bedrooms have no view and are only accessible from the stairs inside the house, they can be great options for teenagers or a nanny with children or other staff. One of the bedrooms is similar to the bedrooms upstairs, but with a queen sized bed and a small ensuite bathroom. The other bedroom has two twin beds, a queen sized bed, as well as a sleeper sofa. A small bathroom, similar to the one in the other downstairs bathroom, completes this room. An extensive deck with loungers surrounds the heated pool, but there are several other seating areas in the sun, as well as in shade of the palm trees, all benefiting from the expansive views.
 An additional sun bathing level with loungers was created a bit lower on the edge of the cliff, while nearby stairs lead down to the sea.
 During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
